Letters to my future self

15th jun - week 14

classes are finally over, even had my 1st exam this morning. another paper in 12 days time and i'd be done for the time. nearly had a panic attack last night due to a mix up on the exam dates. i actually thought this morning's paper was to be held next monday. thankfully i realised that mistake in time and there was a mad rush to cramp info into my head, staying up the whole night to get it done. end results? i probably messed up the paper, a bare pass maybe. good news is, i honestly dont think i can fail this subject, having already 41% of the overall grade from my mid sem and assignment contributions. its gonna affect my gpa thou *growl*

on the googlebox over the past month:

-House season 4
finally wrapped up all the eps that i missed following the writer's strike, lost of tv.links also made finding the eps alot more troublesome. dramatic ending for an otherwise short season. funny how cutthroat bitch abbreviates to CB and how much she actually contributes towards the finale.

-Honey and clover (ハチミツとクローバー,) I & II
didnt think i would actually like the series initially, as its based on a shoujo (少女) manga. gave it a go on recommendation and i actually liked it. its like seeing shades of myself in the different characters in the story. seeing takemoto go on the bicycle journey towards the end of season one makes me wan to go backpacking ><"

Feature song:
Sora to Umi no Shi (空と海の詩) which translates to 'song/poem of the sky and ocean' from the 5cm/sec soundtrack. its my fav instrument piece in the whole soundtrack, this one is played in cosmonaut when kanae successfully rode the waves for the 1st time. listening to it makes me feel calm and instills hope. its this piece of music that i had looped on my ipod on my recent 8 hr flight back home. =p
